In March 2013 Evolution Beauty Technologies,
Inc. took over manufacturing of the Silence HP hair dryer. EBT
is a manufacturer of
personal care, cleaning,
professional salon and electronic products. Our primary
product line is Gelousy
Gel Nail Systems which is a line of over 250 professional beauty
products for salons. We are proud to be able to keep the
Slience HP manufacturing in the USA. Each one of us at EBT
have been owners of Silence HP dryers for many years and were
heartbroken to find out they were no longer being made.
However now we are very excited to use our extensive manufacturing
experience to once again start making Silence HP dryers. The
first dryers will be ready for shipment mid-summer 2013. You
may place a preorder and we will reserve one of the first 100 dryers
off the line for you. In addition you will recieve updates
with pictures of your dryer as it goes through manufacturing and
packing to be shipped to you.

Our mission was to improve the health and wellness of salon professionals and their clients. We are thrilled that we were able to place thousands of Silence HP dryers in the hands of professionals and consumers who cared to make a difference by buying USA Made. Our search for another manufacturer took longer than expected, but
we at Brilliant Products had two criteria that we insisted upon- the
new manufacturer must continue to do produce Silence HP in the USA,
and that they honor our lifetime motor warranty. Happily, EBT is the
answer, as a green manufacturer based in Phoenix, AZ. Frank and
Karen will be mentoring EBT during the initial production
process to assure the same high quality. All manufacturing will be
done at their 5000 square foot facility in Phoenix which is run with
100% green power. We will continue our warranty and repair service. There are new procedures to follow as listed below:
Repairs
Please email
repairs@hairpower.com in advance of sending a dryer for service. We want to make sure that you have the correct address and information. A check for the service fee must be included with your return so there is no delay in returning your repaired unit to you. Be sure to include your name, salon name and address. If the dryer is being returned to a residence, there is a $5.00 surcharge. The service fee is $30 for a repair to be returned to a commercial address, $35 to be returned to a residence. (Note: UPS does not recognize home based businesses as a commercial address!)
